Story on ruining wedding dress inartful

To the Editor:

I am writing in regard to the Oct. 29 ?Here Comes the Mud? article on the front of the CNY section. This is one of the most ridiculous article you could have published. Taking a beautiful dress that should mean something to you and that cost hundreds of dollars and destroy it, is not art. This is arrogance. It sure was not a pretty picture. She could have given the dress to a bride who couldn?t afford a beautiful dress like that, or sold it and used the money for her daughter?s college fund. I?m glad this is not the action of all modern brides.
